New epigraphic testimony from the High Imperial period from the Eastern Mountains (Granada, Spain)
This work documents the presence of six new freedman in the Roman province of Baetica. Their names are collected in a unpublished inscriptions from the village of Domingo Pérez (in the region of the Montes Orientales, Granada), which are housed in the Archaeological and Ethnological Museum of Granada. The most outstanding is Q. Pomponius Subulcus, a cognomen hitherto undocumented neither in Hispania, nor in the Roman world.
