Safety and Health of workers on temporary on mobile construction sites: new regulations introduced by Italian Legislative Decree81/08 title IV. The new Legislative Decree 81/08 on safety and health of workers at work revokes, with art. 304, the D.Lgs. 494/96 containingthe implementation of Directive 92/57/EEC on the minimum safety and health requirements at temporary or mobile construction sites; some specialdecrees of the mid past century, supplemented in part, have been reported and articulated in the same 81/08 Decree. There are, however, somenew elements of parampunt signifi cance. It was hence considered of some signifi cance to carry out a detailed comparison, resulting from an in deepanalysis of the former and present regulations, and in the following pages a “reference guide” is provides, as a practical and user friendly reference forthe technicians operating in the sector, whose experience is based on the previous situation.
